We are delighted to have you as our guest.

Please take the time to carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions before making a reservation. By booking and staying at our property, you agree to comply with all the terms stated below. These terms help ensure a pleasant and secure experience for all parties involved:

1. General Information

  • Property Name: The Bungalow

  • Max Occupancy: 6 guests

  • Check-in Time: 3PM

  • Check-out Time: 11AM

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full and

  • you have agreed to the terms of this document.

2. Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Booking Payment: The full payment for the stay must be made in advance via the website platform or as agreed upon with the host. Payments include the base rental rate, cleaning fee, service fee, and any applicable taxes.

  • Security Deposit: A security deposit of AUD500 may be required to cover potential damages. This deposit will be returned within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are identified.

  • Cancellation:

    • Flexible Policy: Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. If the cancellation is made within 7 days of check-in, the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the remaining nights will be refunded.

    • Non-refundable: In case of no-shows or early departures, no refunds will be given.

  • Changes to Reservations: Any modifications to the booking, such as changes in the number of guests or dates, must be approved by the host and may be subject to additional charges.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: The check-in time is from 3PM. Early check-ins are not guaranteed unless pre-arranged with the host.

  • Check-Out: The check-out time is 11AM. Late check-outs must be approved in advance. Failure to vacate the property by the specified check-out time may result in additional charges.

  • Self-Check-In: Guests will receive self-check-in instructions from the host 24 hours before their arrival. Please do not share this information with anyone not included in the booking.

4. Property Rules

  • 4.1 Guest Limit

The maximum occupancy for the property is 6 guests. No additional guests are allowed to stay overnight without prior approval. Over-occupancy is a breach of the terms and may result in immediate termination of the rental, with no refund.

  • 4.2 Noise & Neighborhood Etiquette

Guests are expected to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 11PM-7AM, and loud music or noise is prohibited during these times. Disruptive behavior may result in the termination of the rental.

  • 4.4 Noise & Neighborhood Etiquette

Pet are not allowed. Any damage caused by pets must be paid for in full by the guest.

  • 4.5 Cleanliness & Maintenance

Guests are expected to leave the property in reasonably clean condition upon check-out. Any excessive mess that requires additional cleaning may incur an extra cleaning fee of AUD100.

  • 4.6 Garbage & Recycling

Please dispose of trash and recyclables properly in the designated bins. Guests are responsible for taking out the trash and recycling as instructed by the host.

  • 4.7 Use of Property

The property is to be used for residential purposes only. It is strictly prohibited to hold parties, events, or commercial activities on the premises unless expressly permitted in writing by the host.

5. Damages and Liability

  • Damage to Property: Guests are liable for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Guests must report any accidental damage to the host immediately. Unreported damages may result in the withholding of the security deposit or additional charges.

  • Personal Belongings: The host is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left on the property. Please ensure all valuables are secured. Any items left behind will be held for 1 month and may be shipped back at the guest’s expense.

6. Safety & Security

  • Security Measures: Guests are responsible for locking doors and windows when leaving the property to prevent theft.

  • Fire & Safety Hazards: Guests must not tamper with smoke detectors or fire extinguishers. Any violation may lead to eviction from the property.

7. Liability Waiver

  • The host will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or using its facilities.

  • Guests acknowledge that the use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or any other recreational facilities on the property is at their own risk, and the host is not liable for accidents or injuries.

8. Termination of Agreement

The host reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if guests fail to comply with the terms stated above. In the event of termination, no refunds will be issued, and guests may be asked to vacate the property immediately.
